Intellectual property

The design, code, logo, text, photography and video on this site belong to Vlemio. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website — including accessing it without authorisation, interfering with its operation, copying its content by automated means, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Enquiries are not a contract

Sending a message through the contact form does not create any agreement between us. A project only begins once a separate written agreement is signed by both sides.

No warranties & liability

The site is provided "as is". Its content may change at any time, and we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site. We're also not responsible for the content of third-party sites we link to (such as our social profiles).

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. They are governed by the laws of Spain, where the business is registered, and any dispute falls under the Spanish courts. If you use this site as a consumer, this does not remove any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your own country.
